Inspiring Family Foundations 

Families First Inspiring Family Foundations Program partners with expectant mothers and families with infants to develop tools for healthy pregnancy and birth outcomes.  Over five hundred families are served annually with education, supportive counseling and care coordination services.  Services are family centered and focus on the recognizable strengths and expertise of those served.  It is with the staffs' assistance that families can successfully support their child's ability to thrive.
 

Services Include:

• Working with English, Creole and Spanish speaking families
• Education and support for pregnant women
• Partnerships with correctional and drug treatment facilities
• Parent educational groups which encourage natural support relationships
• Home visits with a registered nurse can be provided for an expectant mother
• Advocacy, care coordination and resource linkage
